BigID CMP Express (cookie standalone platform) allow three different roles:
Owner
Admin
User
Before delving into how to configure them, let's get to know the features and permissions for each case.

Clarifications:
Only one owner per account is allowed.
Users will only see the domains to which the Owner or Admin has granted them permission.
While Admins can manage roles, only the account Owner can assign a new Owner
Invite a New Team Member
Now that we’ve reviewed the features of each role, let’s walk through how to assign them within the platform.
To access roles and permissions, click the top-left menu icon and click on My Team.
In this section, you’ll see all current team members, as well as any invitation links that have been created but not yet accepted.
To add a new team member, click Create Invitation Link. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, select their role, and choose the domains you want to grant them access to. After the link is generated, share it with your team member so they can complete their account setup.
Create User Groups
The platform allows you to restrict access on a per-domain basis. This means users will only see the domains they have been granted access to, rather than all domains within the organization.
By assigning domain-specific access to each user, you can effectively create user groups that align with teams, regions, business units, or any structure your organization needs.
